what is the best way to make an appointment?
we are so excited to have you! you can reach out to us by phone (205) 338-0020, our facebook & Instagram or to any of our stylists instagram pages! our socials are linked at the top of the page and each stylists socials are linked on our “meet the team page”!
do you require consultations for new clients?
we do require a complementary 15 minute consultation for new color & extension clients in order to go over all details! during the consultation we will go over your hair history, hair goals, budget, schedules, etc. this is a great way to get to know your stylist and vice versa! we recommend bringing some inspo pictures with you!
where are you located?
we are located in Pell City, Alabama. our address is 2401 Stemley Bridge road, Pell city, al 35128 suite 11 inside the cropwell commons shopping center.
how can i cancel/reschedule my appointment?
you can request a rescheduling when you receive your confirmation text or you can reach us by phone (205) 338-0020 and we are more than happy to assist in cancelling or rescheduling your appointment! we do require 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling without penalty!
what policies do you have in place?
Cancellation/rescheduling: we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. if your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or no showed after 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of the services that you were scheduled for. This fee must be paid in order to book any future appointments. we understand that life happens and some things are out of your control. we do our very best to be gracious and sensitive to all situations while protecting our stylists time.
product returns/exchanges: We love our products and know you will love them too! if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please promptly return the product for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer cash back for returns, only salon credit.
client satisfaction: no stone is left unturned to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience at the style bar. in the event that you are not fully satisfied please let us know at the end of your service or within 1 week of your service being completed. All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. we will always make every effort to find a solution.
if we are contacted within the 1 week window we are more than happy to provide a complementary service to right any wrong made by any of our service providers. however, if you have simply changed your mind on what you are wanting for your hair color there will be a charge.
